No. The PRO trial is free for 14 days with no card. You only add a payment method when you decide to continue, before the trial ends.
START ($39/month) is for people working solo, with 1 team. PRO ($79/month) includes 3 teams, SMS and WhatsApp notifications, reports, reviews, cancellation policy and payments.
Each team includes up to 5 users. On PRO you choose how many teams you want ($16/month per extra team); START has 1 fixed team. During the trial you can run up to 3 teams; for more than that, subscribe to a plan.
Adding takes effect right away: you pay the pro-rated amount from that day to the end of the cycle, and the next one comes at the full price. Removing only takes effect at the end of the next cycle, with no refund or credit; and if you are using every team, you have to deactivate one first.
